The Consultancy was formed in 1989 and has supplied consultancy services to a wide range of professional practices such as Doctors, Solicitors and Accountants, public bodies such as Local Authorities, BRE and British Rail and many private companies. Tasks undertaken include Practice and Business Planning, Marketing, Management Development and Quality Initiatives.

It is our policy to provide the complete consultancy service to professional practices and legal departments. The Consultancy retains a core team of three consultants backed up by an administrator. Our expertise and experience is widened by a network of specialist consultants that we use for their specific skills when we recognise a particular need that is outside the experience of our core team.

Our Code of Practice

We work to the Law Society Code of Practice for Engaging a Consultant and in addition seek to guarantee our clients satisfaction with our work by the following approach:

• Our client's interests are paramount in the conduct of any assignment.

 

• No assignment is undertaken unless appropriately skilled and qualified staff are available.

 

• Clear aims, objectives and deliverables of each assignment are agreed before commencement.

 

• Our client is kept fully informed of the progress of the assignment as it proceeds including interim reports if warranted.

 

• The success of our practice depends upon us having satisfied clients. This is achieved through the application of the highest standards in all the work that we undertake.
